• Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the check-in date.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
• A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after check-out, provided no damage or extra charges apply.
• Electricity is not included in the booking price. Guests will pay for electricity based on actual consumption, calculated according to the meter reading at check-out. The rate is €0.39 per kWh.
Pets:
• Pets are allowed upon request. An additional fee of €50 per pet, per stay applies.
Baby crib:
• A baby crib is available upon request. An additional fee of €20 applies.
Damage & Liability:
• Guests are obliged to compensate for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fittings during their stay.
Quiet Hours:
• Quiet hours are from 22:00 (10 PM) to 06:00 (6 AM).
